Final Year - Still Life

This piece I did as a final project for my class. The idea was to set up a still life and focus on the lights and dark's The theme behind the image represents me playing basketball in college, however, the headphones are not plugged in anymore, meaning the final year of my college career and never being able to play college ball anymore. The flowers in the background symbolize my senior night, last home game playing for my college as well as graduating and going forward with my life.
